1. Jaleo

An eatery inspired by world-renowned Chef Jose Andres, Think Food Group, is set to open on the West Side in 2018. The restaurant will channel the spirit and flavors of Spain, with dishes such as  tapas, paella, and wood-grilled Iberco pork. Jaleo’s will be a multi-level restaurant with theatrical decor that represents vibrant Spanish culture. The first floor will have a grab-n-go storefront serving Spanish-style sandwiches. The hope is to create an atmosphere that showcases the rich regional diversity of traditional and contemporary Spanish cuisine.

2. Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill

The concept for the restaurant is to revamp the traditional bar and grill ambiance with a touch of elegance. It will capture the essence of laid-back California dining similar to Puck at Spago in Los Angeles. The menu will feature the best of Puck’s signature dishes with Mediterranean influences,  inventive takes on classic comfort food, and handcrafted specialty cocktails, beers, and wine.

3. Levy Restaurants

This fall, Levy Restaurants, based in Chicago, will be introducing a new Italian concept at Disney Springs.  The James Beard award winner and “Top Chef Master” Chef Tony Mantuano are leading the development. The new restaurant will replace Levy’s Portobello Country Italian Trattoria.  The dishes will be inspired by Mantuano’s adventures in Italy.

Later this year, The Edison, a luxurious “Industrial  Gothic” restaurant will be making its debut.  The theme of the Edison is a 1920s-era electric company, channeling the lavishness of the period with entertainment that includes contortionists, aerialists, DJs, and more. Inspired by its sister location in Los Angeles,  The Edison is known for classic American food, craft cocktails and live entertainment including cabaret.

5. Wine Bar George

Also opening up in late 2017, is  Wine Bar George. Master Sommelier George Miliotes will be bringing his expertise in wine to Disney Springs with over 100 selections by the bottle and glass in a range of varietals, vintages, and prices. Shareable plates, cheese, and seasonally relevant dishes will accompany the extensive wine list.
