Planning where to eat on Christmas Day in Orlando?  On a holiday, dinner out can be the best gift of all. Local hotels and resorts are always good bets for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dining, and many restaurants are planning lavish menus as well.

Norman’s, Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes – 4012 Central Florida Parkway, Orlando; 407-393-4333: From 5-9 p.m. the Christmas Eve menu will include poached pear salad, Thai-marinated seared tuna, Atlantic pompano, Seely’s Ark chicken, rack of lamb, sides and desserts.
