2. A Personalized Daily Itinerary
Disney Genie is always working hard to update your “My Day” itinerary with the latest information. Tap on this tab, and you’ll be able to find Disney Genie recommendations, including dining reservations, hotel bookings, and activity bookings. If any questions arise during the planning stages, a virtual Cast Member will also help answer them at no extra cost.

You can also order food, make dining reservations, check into a restaurant, request to join a virtual queue and even select arrival times for the new Lightning Lane entrance at select experiences.

Navigate your day with ease with an interactive map that shows you where Disney Genie recommendations are in relation to your booked plans.
6. Direct-To-Room Services
Skip the front desk, access your room door, chat with a Cast Member and find out when the next bus is arriving to take you to the theme parks—all by using these convenient, contactless features in the app.

You can make one selection at a time, starting at 7:00 AM on the day of your visit (experiences are subject to limited availability). If your theme park ticket includes the Park Hopper option, you can select Lightning Lane arrival windows across multiple theme parks.
