The dining staff is constantly developing recipes for their guests who cannot consume specific foods.

At a rate of 7000+ meals a month, Disney accommodates dieters who have to avoid a gamut of foods as well as those who are on low-sodium and Kosher diets.

Any of the Disney restaurants that accepts reservations (including the buffets) can prepare a menu to address your needs.

When making your booking, let the Cast Member know which foods need to be avoided and the dining staff will be alerted. When you arrive at the restaurant, remind them of your needs and they’ll take it from there.

At the counter service venues, you’ll need to use the same cautions you would at home. Fortunately, Disney now has many choices not found at your average fast food spot. Veggies and dip, grilled chicken, salads, fruit are among the options that can be selected when you need to avoid wheat, eggs, nuts, etc.
