A valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport is required at check-in. Your credit card will be pre-authorized for a security deposit for any incidentals (varies per hotel). If you do not have a credit card, some properties will accept a cash deposit. Special room requests based on availability, and may be subject to additional fees. Accommodations based upon availability and provided by Westgate Resorts and affiliated hotels. Depending on the hotel policy, extra person charges, fees for hotel amenities, and resort fees may apply. Package handling fees will apply. Holiday travel requires a minimum of a three-night stay. Any travel date cancellation/change within 7 calendar days, will result in a $25 service fee. Any travel date changes made within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a service fee $25 plus the first night’s room rate at the non-promotional rate. If staying at Hilton Disney World, all cancellations must be made 5 calendar days prior to arrival to avoid any penalties. No refunds given for no shows and/or early check outs. Once a voucher has been issued for your ticket at the Welcome Center, it is non-refundable.
