Eligibility: Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who sign up at the online sweepstakes page https://social.magicalgetaway.com/sweepstakes-orlando-3-day-vacation/ or via Facebook and who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of HotelsCorp.com, LLC (the “Sponsor”), Westgate Resorts, Ltd., Central Florida Investments, Inc., or its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or where not registered. This Sweepstakes does not discriminate against anyone based on race, sex, age, handicap, religion, national origin or marital status.
Agreement to Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online at https://social.magicalgetaway.com/sweepstakes-orlando-3-day-vacation/ beginning 1/25/2017 at 10:01 AM ET and ending 2/28/2017. All online entries must be received 2/28/2017 at 11:59PM EST.
How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this Sweepstakes site. The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more than once by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
Prize and Prize Conditions: A total of one (1) winner will receive a three (3)-day/two (2)-night vacation in the Walt Disney World area at a location to be determined by Sponsor. Average retail value is $299.00, depending on travel season. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, including specifically, taxes on room nights awarded herein, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner is responsible for all incidentals, gratuities, personal expenses, resort fees, transportation to and from Prize (resort and park), and meals. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, photograph, statements and biographical information, voice, and address in all forms of media worldwide, in perpetuity, without limitation, notice or further compensation.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner selection and notification: The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor to be conducted on 03/06/2017 at 7450 Sandlake Commons Blvd, Orlando, FL 32819 Winners will be notified via email to the email address they entered the Sweepstakes with within five (5) days following the winner selection. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, and/or fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, and/or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
Terms and Conditions: Not valid for Travel Agents or any other third party reservations. Once confirmed, no cancellations or date changes shall be allowed. Prize is not redeemable for cash or other services. Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, and/or certificate. Dates are subject to availability, not valid for peak season, blackout dates or holidays, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. All entrants must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to win. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper delay of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor also reserves the right to eliminate all entrants found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Void where prohibited by law or not registered. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any lost, garbled, incomplete or corrupted entries, and qualified entries shall be determined solely in the discretion of Sponsor.
Release and Limitations of Liability: The winner agrees to release and forever hold harmless Sponsor, its related and affiliated entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, members, affiliates and agents from and against any claim or cause of action whatsoever arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or any claims arising from and against all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, or judgments arising out of or relating to entrant’s entry or participation or use or misuse of prizes. All entrants agree to release and forever hold harmless Sponsor, its related and affiliated entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, members, affiliates and agents from and against any claim or cause of action whatsoever arising out of any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, all issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules or the rights and obligations of the entrants, winner(s) and Westgate in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Florida. Any and all disputes arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Contest shall be brought exclusively in State or Federal Court in Orange County, FL. The following Sweepstakes is intended for viewing and participation at the time of entry and shall be construed and evaluated only according to United States law.
