Hotel Policies
You must be a minimum of 21 years old to check-in. A valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport is required at check-in. Your credit card will be pre-authorized for a security deposit for any incidentals (varies per hotel). If you do not have a credit card, some properties will accept a cash deposit. Special room requests based on availability, and may be subject to additional fees. Accommodations based upon availability and provided by Westgate Resorts and affiliated hotels. Depending on the hotel policy, extra person charges, fees for hotel amenities, and resort fees may apply. Package handling fees will apply. Holiday travel requires a minimum of a three-night stay. Any travel date cancellation/change within 7 calendar days, will result in a $25 service fee. Any travel date changes made within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a service fee $25 plus the first night’s room rate at the non-promotional rate. If staying at Hilton Disney World, all cancellations must be made 5 calendar days prior to arrival to avoid any penalties. No refunds given for no shows and/or early check outs. No pets allowed.
Tour Policies
Attendance at a 90 minute discovery tour and sales presentation of Westgate Resorts is required. Failure to qualify and attend the sales presentation will result in a surcharge of the difference between the discounted vacation package price and the full rental rate (based on season of travel) plus the retail rate of any discount attraction tickets that were included in the vacation package. Individuals must be between the ages of 30 and 68 and must present a valid photo ID. If married, cohabitating or engaged, both individuals must be between the ages of 28-68 and must attend the presentation together and present a valid major credit card. No pre-paid cards accepted. Guest must have a valid credit card with an available line of credit to hold resort security deposit and taxes upon check-in. MANDATORY: If married or cohabiting, both parties must provide proof of matching addresses by either a valid photo identification or another form of government issued identification (Utility bill, Home/Car Insurance or bank statement – Any combination of these 4 items). Must have a verifiable annual household income of $50,000 USD for U.S. Citizens/Residents and $80,000 USD for Canadian and U.K. Citizens/Residents excluding any income derived from unemployment, alimony, child support, or disability. (Minimum requirement may be higher and other qualifications may vary, based on destination and season of travel). Upon arrival to the tour individuals must present a valid photo ID and a current major credit card. Persons who have toured the same Westgate Resorts location within the past (12) months, or that have participated in a Westgate Resorts’ discounted promotional offer requiring a tour two times or more are subject to a surcharge. Subject to the qualifications, this offer is available to citizens of the United States and/or in countries where registered. Tour date, time and/or location may be changed at the Resort’s discretion. Consumption or influence of alcohol is not permitted during the Preview Tour. You will be refused to tour without refund and subject to retail rates. Guests may not live within 60 miles of the tour location. All qualified participants must speak English fluently, if traveling to Orlando; English, Spanish, or Portuguese fluently.
Terms and Conditions
One offer per household. Non-transferable. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, and/or certificate. Not available to groups, family reunions (three or more families traveling together), current Westgate Resorts owners, CFI/Westgate Resorts employees and their immediate families. All groups subject to a surcharge of the difference between the discounted vacation package price and the full rental rate based on destination and travel season. All additional items purchased are refundable for 14 days from purchase date. Gratuities, transportation or meals are NOT included in this offer. Westgate Resorts reserves the right to substitute lodging and/or tickets and vouchers with comparable items of equal or greater value. The credit card on file, along with a matching Driver’s License, will need to be presented upon check in and to pick up any gifts or vouchers you may have. Once a voucher has been issued for your ticket at the Welcome Center, it is non-refundable. Offer not available to Florida or Georgia singles for an Orlando property during peak or holiday season, persons who are in the process of bankruptcy, or parents / children of owners. Be advised that you may not be eligible for all premiums offered in this promotion.
Package handling fees will apply. Two (2) nights minimum stay required for all Offers. Holiday travel requires a minimum of a three (3) night stay.
This Offer is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. This Offer cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash and/or monetary consideration, or used in conjunction with any other Offer, promotion, or certificate. This Offer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to principles of conflicts of law. By accepting this Offer, the end user agrees that Westgate Resorts will not be held liable for any actual or potential losses, including without limitations, compensation or consequential damages arising out of this Offer or in connection with or by misrepresentation by a third party. Westgate Resorts is not to be held responsible for any act of God, or any other circumstances beyond its control. Westgate reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. These Terms and Conditions are final and cannot be changed or altered by any statement, merchant, or representative of any unauthorized person(s). No other representations, oral or otherwise, are valid in conjunction with this Offer. Offers are not directed to residents in any state and do not constitute an Offer in which a registration is required but in which registration requirements have not yet been met.
