3 Things I Wish I Knew Before Riding Tron Lightcycle Run
previous post
If you’re a fan of Disney, then you’ve probably heard of the new Tron Lightcycle Run ride at the Magic Kingdom. The ride is a thrilling and immersive experience that takes you on a journey through the world of Tron. But before you hop on board, here are three things you should know to make sure you have the best ride possible.
Tron Lightcycle Run is one of the fastest and most intense rides in the park. It travels up to 60 miles per hour and features several sharp turns and drops. While it’s great to have an adrenaline–filled experience, it’s important to know your limits. If you start to feel dizzy or nauseous, it’s best to sit out the ride.
The seating position itself is very different than most rides. Basically you are seated like you’re riding a speed bike – but, this isn’t comfortable for everyone, including me. Thanks to a modified vehicle located at the back of some of the trains, TRON Lightcycle Run is much more accessible compared to a ride like Flight of Passage which doesn‘t offer an alternative vehicle. The modified vehicle operates just like the roller coaster seats found at Expedition Everest or Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.
I wish I knew to bring a lanyard on the Tron Lightcycle Run to put my locker key and ticket into. The lanyard would have been the perfect way to keep my locker key and ticket safe and secure during the ride. It would have allowed me to have a hands–free experience and not have to worry about my items getting lost or falling out of my pocket. I definitely recommend bringing a lanyard if you plan on riding the Tron Lightcycle Run!
These three tips will help ensure that you have the best experience possible when riding Tron Lightcycle Run. So, get ready for an amazing ride and enjoy the thrilling world of Tron! Be sure to call us for 70% off Orlando theme park tickets and hotel stays!
