The food offerings at Universal Orlando’s Volcano Bay water park have been revealed, are there are some exciting things on the menu. The culinary team, led by Corporate Executive Chef Steven Jayson, has created more than 60 entrees, snacks, and desserts.
The flavors are inspired by the South Pacific and include things like Poke Bowls, Mango BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches and Island Chicken Salad. Adults — some fun cocktails are on the menu, too.
