Festival newcomer, the Alps region at Epcot mainly focuses on French and Swiss cuisine. Their star dish is the raclette. It’s cheesy, savory and so delicious! The dish has melted Swiss cheese over potatoes and is served with a side of warm baguette. We recommend you try this dish as you sip on one of the wines the kiosk has on offer. It’s the perfect pairing.

2. Frothy Ramen in Japan

Although it might look strange, Japan’s frothy ramen has been a surprise crowd-pleaser. The chilled noodles are served with a bit of foam on top. Separately, both might be a little too intense for some eaters. Make sure you mix this dish well if you really want to enjoy the experience!

3. Deconstructed Pavlova in Australia

Your sweet tooth will LOVE this treat! The delicious fresh berries mix well with the sweet cream and the puffy meringues to create an absolute treat. It’s refreshing, just the right amount of sweet, and it’s fun for the whole family!

4. Ropa Vieja Empanada in Islands of the Caribbean

If you’re looking for a snack that’s equally delicious and isn’t too filling, the ropa vieja empanada might just be your perfect treat! If you’re a fan of bold flavors with a bit of kick, this flaky, savory empanada has all that and more. Topped with delicious tomato aioli and compacted into a perfectly toasted package, you can’t miss this one!

The best of both worlds! This treat is perfect for vegetarians, and it’s packed with incredible flavor that only gets better after every bite. The “fries” are topped with fresh cucumber, tomato, and onions, as well as the always-favorite Tzatziki sauce. Be warned, though! These can be a bit spicier than most people prefer.

6. Charred Chimichurri Steak from Flavors of Fire

Each pavilion and kiosk has its own special drink menu. From alcoholic beverages to delicious fresh juices and smoothies, we recommend pairing the meal from each area with an equally unique and exciting beverage. If you’re looking for a place to sit down and enjoy a drink – with no meal – we recommend you head over to the Apple Seed Orchard in Canada for a refreshing beer and cider flight. If you have the kids with you, try the non-alcoholic mango lassi in India. It’s perfect for hot weather!
